Henri has completed his Master’s Degree in business law at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) and another Master’s Degree in health law at Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Militer Jakarta. He is currently taking Doctoral Business Law Degree at Universitas Brawijaya

Henri Lumban Raja (Henri) as the founder (Managing Partner) has broad experience in banking and lawyer professionalism.

1996 to 2009: worked at Bank Danamon Indonesia and was in charge of several important function in HR, Credit Extension, Bad Credit Settlement 2009 to 2012 as a lawyer at Lukas B & Partners Legal Office and directly handled the following cases:

Ms. Yani has several working experiences in the Tax Field  (as a major achievement) and also Accounting & Finance at several companies with different forms of business. She also provide full services similar with Tax consultant for several big companies (with detail as mentioned below) and provide tax consultancy and support with tax obligation for several private sectors and individual for national and expatriates.

All types of taxation are mastered from theories, working experiences as an employee and as a consultant.

Taxation Certification:

  • Holding Brevet A&B Taxation Certificate at Trisakti University
  • Underwent executive classes (privately) for almost 3 years in Trisakti University for all types of taxation (National and International)
  • Take a taxation examination similar to brevet C, in Japan
  • Some Certification for Accounting and Finance field

Henry Gultom S.H, MPP

Counsel

Mr. Gultom have long working experiences in international organizations such as United Nations Development Program, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) program and the ASEAN Secretariat. Specifically, Mr. Gultom holding several positions in program, training and HR &administration. For the last 7 (seven) years, Mr. Gultom focused his practice in one of the reputable law firm in Indonesia as chief operating officer (COO); as COO, he also acts as liaison with the law firm international affiliation which operates in 20 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle-East.

Key Competency:

  • Have a broad-based and strong administration, and organizational development skills gained through senior level work experience in various international organizations and multinational companies spanning more than 10 years and for the last 7 years working for a reputable law firm as chief operating officer.
  • Have established strategic working relationship with key government institutions and other line-government agencies in ASEAN Member States.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to establish and maintain team work and collaborative working relationships in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment.
  • Have established deep and strong working relationships with, and have good understanding of, multilateral partners through regular coordination and working partnership with various countries and organizations such as AUSAID, GTZ/GIZ, EU, USAID, UNDP, ADB, JICA, and the World Bank.
  • Since early 2013, as Chief Operating Officer at one of the reputable law firm in Indonesia and in charge of liaison with affiliation of the firm with an international law firm which has operating offices in 21 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Middle-East.
  • Legal services experience including handling industrial relations for a number of private sectors and international organizations: review employment agreement, review company regulations, representing client in bipartite/tripartite for settling employment issues, represent company in negotiating with employee(s) and/or Labor Representatives for settlement of employment issues; drafting amicable settlement agreement between the company and employee; on General Corporate: drafting legal memorandum/legal opinion, review agreements, represent client in obtaining licenses for doing its business in Indonesia.
  • Mr. Gultom is a member of Indonesian Advocates Organization (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia). Holding Brevet A& B (Indonesia Taxation Law).
